HOW DO I RESERVE?
Rental Policy & Delivery Terms
📌 $ 60 Minimum Order Required
All rental orders must meet our $60 minimum to qualify for delivery. Once you've selected your items, please give us a call to receive a quote.
Deposits & Invoicing
To confirm your reservation and be added to our delivery schedule, a deposit of $60 or 50% of the total rental cost (whichever is greater) is required. This payment officially secures your items and delivery time.
Final Payment Policy
All remaining balances must be paid in cash upon delivery — no exceptions. We do not accept cards, checks, or digital payments at the time of drop-off.
🚚 Delivery Scheduling
Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your delivery time will be scheduled based on availability at the time your deposit is received.
We typically deliver 1–3 hours before your event and return for pickup later the same day, depending on our route.
📅 June – September: Peak Season Policy
Orders placed last minute (within 24–48 hours) will incur a $50 Last-Minute Order Fee and are not prioritized for preferred time slots —
no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding during our busiest months.

Frame Tents are our most popular option!
They offer a clean, upscale look with a high peak and can be set up on
grass, gravel, or concrete — no ground staking required! Perfect for backyard parties, weddings, graduations, and more.
Before calling to reserve your tent, please consider the following:
✅ Planning Checklist:
- Guest Count & Budget
Know how many people you're expecting and what you're looking to spend. - Measure Your Space
Measure your yard or setup area and check for low-hanging tree branches, wires, or other obstructions. Tents must be placed in a clear, open area. - View Our Tent Options Online
Browse tent sizes and styles on our website to get an idea of what works best. - Call with Measurements
When you're ready, call us with your closest yard dimensions. This helps us guide you to the right tent size and quote.
⚠️ Important Site Requirements:
- Water barrels may be required for windy conditions. We’ll need access to a working water source to fill them.
- Our team must be able to drive directly to the setup location. If long carries or stairs are involved, a Stair/Long Haul Fee will apply.
- If your yard cannot accommodate the selected tent, you are still responsible for payment — no refunds will be given for incorrect sizing.

Belle Isle Wedding & Park Event Requirements
Planning a wedding or special event at Belle Isle Park? We’re proud to be a preferred vendor, but there are a few important details to know when booking rentals for events held at this location:
Minimum Order & Delivery
- $60 minimum rental order required to place a reservation
- $75 flat delivery charge for Belle Isle deliveries
- All orders must be scheduled in advance based on availability
Additional Fees (If Applicable)
- Setup, Breakdown, or Stair Access: May incur additional fees if extensive labor is required
- Attendant Fee:
If your rental must be picked up within 1–2 hours of delivery, a $25/hour attendant fee will apply
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Belle Isle is a public venue with strict time windows and access rules — early communication is key
- Delivery and pickup times are based on our existing delivery schedule and park coordination

Cancellation Policy
All payments are
non-refundable. However, your reservation
can be rescheduled to a new, available date
if requested at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled delivery.
(Note: Rental items are cleaned, prepped, and packed the weekend before your event.)
Weather & Rescheduling
- All rentals are considered “rain or shine” unless you contact us at least 7 days before your event to reschedule and all requested items are available on your new date.
- If your event is moved to a secondary delivery location, please note this may affect delivery timing based on our route
Weather-Related Safety
For the safety of our team and your guests, management reserves the right to decline setup of tents or inflatables in unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, heavy rain, or lightning.

Important Rental Guidelines
- All pricing is for one-day use only. Pickup is typically the same day unless otherwise arranged.
- Delivery times are based on our active schedule at the time your order is placed. Early booking = better time slots.
- All equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use for your health and safety.
Park Events & Water Rentals
- Generators are required for all park rentals.
Generator rentals are not included with inflatables. You may add one for $80, including a full tank of gas. - Rentals involving water (such as water slides) require on-site access to a water source. Please ensure one is available prior to setup.
🚚 Setup Site Requirements
- Our delivery team must be able to
pull up directly to the setup site.
If the site is not easily accessible (e.g. stairs, long distances, narrow paths), a Stair/Long Haul Fee will apply.
🕒 Pickup Times
- Park event pickups must be completed by 7:00 PM or earlier depending on the route and park regulations.
- Home event pickups are typically completed by 8:00 PM.
