How do I place an order?
We have a $60 MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT.
Once you decide on your requested items; give us a call and we will create a quote. In order to have your order transferred to an Invoice and added to our delivery schedule" a minimum deposit of $60 OR HALF of the
Total Rental Price
(whichever is greater) is required to be made and serves as a deposit. All balances
are due IN CASH
ONLY
at the arrival of the delivery NO EXCEPTIONS!
We are first come, first serve. Your delivery is based upon the schedule that is IN PLACE at the time of your reservation;
and where our team can fit you in. Normally, we deliver one-three hours prior to the start of your gathering and will pick up later that day.
JUNE-SEPTEMBER MONTHS
Last minute orders are charged a $50 last minute
order fee and are NOT PRIORITY NO EXCEPTIONS!
All prices are for "the day". Delivery is based upon our delivery schedule in place @ the time your order is placed.
- Our equipment is sanitized after every use.
- Events held at parks require a generator. Generator rentals are NOT INCLUDED with bouncers. Comes with gas @ $80 each.
- Rentals that use water R EQUIRE ACCESS to a water source
- Team must be able to pull up directly at the site or else a STAIR FEE will be added for long hauls
- Rentals @ Parks have to be picked up no later than 7pm Or earlier based upon the schedule. Home rentals by 8p
Frame Tent Benefits:
Frame Tents are our most popular tent! It can be set up on grass, gravel or cement and doesn't require stakes in the grass. Its high peak and upscale look is perfect for any event!
TENTS 101:
Before calling to reserve your tent you should decide the following
- How many people you are entertaining and what your budget is
- Measure your yard to determine what size tent you can fit in an OPEN AREA W/O LOW HANGING WIRES OR TREE BRANCHES
- View our tents online to determine which would be the best fit for you
- Give us a call with the closest measurements you can provide so that we can better assist you
- Water Barrels will be required for windy conditions. Team must have access to water in order to fill them
- Team must be able to pull up directly at the site or else a STAIR FEE will be added for long hauls
- **We are not responsible if your tent can't fit inside of your yard and you will be responsible for payment***
Packages
Most of our products can be rented alone or in a package. Add tables, chairs and even concession machines to any order!
Belle Isle Wedding Accommodations
- $60 Order Minimum to place an order
- $75 Delivery Charge
- Stairs, Setup and Breakdown is an additional fee
- $25 Attendant Fee (per hour) for orders that require pickup w/in 1-2 hours
Cancellation
**ALL MONIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE RESCHEDULED TO ANOTHER AVAILABLE DATE WHEN REQUESTED A MINIMUM OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DATE." (Your rental items are prepped and prepared for your event the weekend prior to your delivery).
- All events are "rain or shine" unless you make prior arrangements to change them 1 week prior to your event and all requested items are available for your new date.
- Secondary delivery locations could result in delayed delivery time
- Management reserves the right to decline the set up of tents and bouncers if there is inclement weather
